Have you considered block paving for your path? Whether you’re considering having a direct path leading to your door in the front garden or a winding route running right through your back garden, block paving offers a stylish path to accompany the outside of your house.
Block paved pathways can be simple in their design or you can choose a more elaborate pattern that makes your front or back garden look interesting. The good thing about block paved paths is they can be fixed easily without affecting the bricks. A paving contractor can do any repair work required under the surface without having to leave any long-term marks.
A block paved path can last for decades with the right maintenance and treatment. Some patterns are more robust than others, which means you should consider how much footfall your path will be subject to. A pattern known for its strength is the herringbone patterns, that are commonly used for driveways. You will be sure that this pattern shall withstand lots of footfall if it can cope with cars.

Bedlington is a town positioned in South East Northumberland, England. A former mining town, it’s roughly 20 miles north of Newcastle upon Tyne and 4.5 miles southeast of the county town of Morpeth, as well as being close to locations such as Ashington, Blyth and Cramlington. The town is most often recognised for giving its name to the Bedlington Terrier, a type of dog. In line with the 2011 Census, the town has a population of around 18,470. Since the closure of the iron works as well as the coal mines, it is chiefly a dormitory town for those employed within the nearby towns and cities. Bedlington Old Hall, a 15th-century structure which is usually claimed to be the most historically important building of Bedlington, was torn down in 1959 to create space for council offices. However, many sites of historic significance and regional interest are still in existence . A significant historic building still standing is the Anglican parish church of St. Cuthbert. It is claimed that this devotion has been taken from an event which occurred in 1069. Escaping northwards from William the Conqueror’s army, it is stated that the monks of Durham laid the body of St. Cuthbert inside the town’s church. Hartford Hall is also inside the parish, as well as a large level of the riverside land between Bedlington and the Hall constitutes Bedlington County Park, which is a local nature reserve. Residents continue to shop at a weekly market that comes to the town on Thursdays, which is held at the market place. For all of your home improvements, be sure that you pick reputable pros in Bedlington to ensure that you get the very best quality service.
